Customer Support Specific Duties/Responsibilities
- Customer transaction processing
- Deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, official checks, bond redemption, change orders, etc.
- Complete Reg CC Holds, CTR and SARs as needed
- Buy and selling cash between tellers, TCR and vaults
- Process night drop and mail
- Daily balancing of drawers, TCRs, coin machine and vault
- Maintain equipment as needed
- Phone, Conversations and Email
- Answer incoming phone calls, answer questions, resolve issues or direct to another employee in a friendly manner
- Monitor internet conversations and respond in timely, professional manner
- Monitor and respond to all incoming service emails
- Complete customer requests
- Moving funds via telephone
- Loan advance requests sent to loan officer and support team
- Collect information for address changes
- Provide wire transfer information for incoming wire requests
- Collect stop payment information
- Check orders
- Collect and verify address information
- Process check order requests
Debit Cards Specific Duties/Responsibilities
- Answer customer transaction questions
- Status changes and card re-orders
- Increase limits as requested by customer
- Enter travel information
iBanking Specific Duties/Responsibilities
- Guidance to customers on all features available
- Support login and troubleshooting errors
Safe Deposit Box Duties/Responsibilities
- Identify client and complete access process
- Provide access to the boxes
Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Skills/Abilities
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- Experience handling transactions in an efficient, accurate, and friendly manner
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows products, particularly Excel
- Strong ability to learn new computer systems
- Attention to detail
Professional communication skills, including spoken and written language skills

This position reports to Claire Speedling, Deposit/Ops Manager
Working Conditions
The team member will work primarily at Foresight Bank’s Plainview location, with varying days scheduled until 6:00 PM, 8:45 AM to noon every other Saturday. This schedule is subject to change based on Foresight’s business needs. Unscheduled evening and weekend work may be needed to meet the needs of customers and employees.
Work is performed largely within the bank with limited chance for personal injury. Prolonged and frequent mental and visual concentration is required. The position involves the potential for periodic stressful situations in response to multiple priorities within established deadlines. The position involves lifting and moving up to 20 pounds of office supplies and equipment, and it involves some bending, turning, and twisting.
Compensation
Foresight Bank provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
- Salary Range: $13 – $16 per hour.
- Benefits: This position receives paid time off, consistent with Minnesota’s sick and safe time law.
